The Site is provided to you free of charge for information, entertainment and fan engagement purposes. Certain features of the Site, including digital club memberships and related Services, may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

The Site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through the Site is appropriate for use or available in other locations. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge that you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
7. Registration and password security
Use of the Site may require registration, particularly in order to access certain features of the Site, including digital club memberships and related Services.
We are not obliged to permit anyone to register with the Site and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
8. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from the Site (“Content”). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Site or the Content other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site or the Content (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site or the Content.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your household to Content posted on the Site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way.
You must not use any part of the Content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
The Alfreton Town FC name, crest, logos and all related names, designs, trade marks and service marks are the property of Alfreton Town FC or its licensors. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval.
9. No text or data mining, web scraping or AI training
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Site or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Site for any purpose, including the development, training, fine-tuning or validation of AI systems or models.
Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in legal action and/or termination of access to the Site.
10. Uploading content to the site
To the extent that you provide, post, upload or submit any content to the Site or via the Services (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant to us that you have the ownership rights, or you have obtained all necessary licences or permissions from any relevant parties, to use Your Content in this manner.
Your Content must:
- be accurate (where it states facts);
- only contain opinions that are genuinely held; and
- comply with applicable law in the United Kingdom and in any country from which it is posted.
Your Content must not:
- be defamatory of any person;
- be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

- contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
We reserve the right to remove Your Content, in whole or part, for any reason without notice.
By providing Your Content, you hereby grant to us and our affiliates, licensees and sublicensees, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, worldwide licence to use Your Content in connection with our Site and our Services, but only in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

You may link to the Site's home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our responsibilities where such failure is due to any abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We only provide the Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Site for any commercial or business purposes.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Site and/or Services at any time.
We may terminate your right to access and use the Site and Services immediately by blocking your access if:

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone without our prior written consent. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior terms, agreements, discussions and writings regarding the Site.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any additional, mandatory consumer rights and protections that you are entitled to under the laws of the country in which you reside will also apply.
Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
